The Aana is located ina beautiful surrounding and also is itself very nicely built into "the wild". The rooms are clean, the staff at the reception is friendly and responds as good as they can to any requests you leave with them. What really can bug you after a while is that communication in english is difficult with most of the staff and impossible with the waiter crew during brekfast. At first you may smile and try to overlook it but after calling the waiter for the 4th time and asking for sth and he does not get what it is breakfast becomes a challenge in not getting upset. Also they do not think for their customers. Not because bad motives but simply because they forget to put a third towell and a thrid cup and a third water into the room you booked for three persons... every single day. This experiencesomehow overshadowed our stay and we do not know if we would recommend the Aana for a longer stay. But if you just want to relax and unwind for a few days and do not mind if you get coffee, tea or nothing for breakfast: enjoy the location and the beautiful surroundings.
the rooms have thin walls and are noisy. While we have asked for a non smoking room they gave us one where you still can smell the cigarettesmoke when entering the room. Breakfast is okay. The restaurant is rather expensive.
Service sucks. My booking was not exist in the hotel system. Breakfast also not worth money.
