The natrual view is great! But the rooms are old and I changed my booking from a floating room into a deluxe room. The cleaning service is not available everyday.. even the staff aren't co-oprative while we wanted to change the room type which took us a long time. It's too far from the city ( 1.5 hours away ) but the pool was nice which the children enjoyed. There was no transport which made us stay for 3 nights without moving out from it.
Excellent place to stay.
The hotel area is so big and many activities to do but water in swimming pool was not so nice. I like the slider though. They should have raft for 2 person so the couple can stay there and pay less...
