The Tanao Sri combines the charm of nature with the sophistication of a truly international resort. The views scan across a sweeping stretch of some of the worlds finest beaches. Nearer at hand are the Sam Roi Yod Mountains, a national park un-comparable in beauty and nature.

The rooms were lovely, big, bright and clean. The fact that there are 2 pools is good because the one by the restaurant is usually full of kids, and the top pool is more peaceful. The food at the restaurant is not good. We ate elsewhere everyday.
The location is about 30 minutes from Hua Hin. The hotel does have a shuttle bus if you need to get back into town, but unless you have your own car it is isolated from most transportation. The villa-type rooms are very clean. The bathroom is slightly rough but very functional. The coast road between the hotel and beach is under construction, but looks to be completed soon which will reduce the noise and dust from construction traffic. If you need peace and quite this is the place.
The manager was very attentative and met all our needs. The staff at the restrurant and the cleaners were all kind and considerate to our every need.
