In terms of friendliness and helpfulness, I give this hotel high marks. We had a sea view suite but the staff gave us the one with very best view when we asked for it. Layout of the sea view suite was perfect for a family of four- two bedrooms and a downstairs living area. Nicely painted in bright colors. The beds were not too hard, which is a deal for a 3 star. However... the roof leaked and our bedroom wooden floor got soaked. There was a hot water heater for drinks, but no mugs/cups for tea. Most disappointing was the breakfast. On non-holiday/low season days all you get is a meagre continental breakfast with undercooked bacon and cheap white bread. Very disappointing considering how expensive the suite was.
After checking out and sitting in the bus to Bangkok, I noticed that I had forgotten my Passports and travel documents in the Hotel safe. I called the Hotel and they immediately sent someone to bring me the documents to my Hotel in Bangkok, without any charge.
nice resort directly on the (small) beach/shore.
