Overall, Putahracsa Hua Hin is one of the best place to stay. However, my parents and I found that mattresses were too soft and gave us back pain during the night's sleep.
Friendly staff, breakfast good and very nice pool. If you like stay next to beach then you should book the villa-room or another hotell. The location is not far away but you will get the feeling itīs aside.
It would have been good if the shower temperature control was reasonably constant
