The hotel is located a considerable distance (maybe 3km) from the main beach / tourist area.
The hotel charges 3% for use of credit card (which is not mentioned by AsiaWebDirect).
Wifi access in the room is 100bhat per 24 hours, however I was unable to connect at all. The lobby has free wifi access which is slow. There is a standalone computer that is available to use your prepaid internet access on however all web history etc is not deleted. Under no circumstances should you use this computer.
Reception was generally 2-3 young girls. My impression was that there was not a desire to help and were not overly polite, a lack of professionalism compared to other hotels.
