The hotel looks very nice on the pictures. The rooms are nicely set and quiet. However, the swimming pool area was dirty and not attractive at all (the infinity pool was also not that endless...). Breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly, but even simple questions in English were not always immediately understood...The beach area to which the shuttle bus takes you was disappointing (lots of people, too many vendors,...). I did not really find what I was looking for: a relaxing beach holiday.
We stay just 2 of the 3 nights cause the resort was in a major renovation. Pool/fitness/bizz centre/entertaiment areas were closed for the days we stay. Considering is about 15 km from the beach, let us with nothing else to do than staying in our room. The jacuzzi in our room was dirty and broken.
Your website did not explicitly say you were 15 km from Hua Hin town and beach. The hotel was perfect, but the location is very bad.
