We were extremely disapointed with the room we were given. The private garden was scrub land with no grass, the doors in the room would not lock, the safe would not open, the hot water didn't work, neither did the wifi. The final straw was the sound of dripping water from a hole in the ceiling. I tried to book us back into the resort we had left but it was already full. I asked to change rooms and after a discussion with Pookie, we had a good room, attentive service, a fruit basket and letter of regret for the problems. I would never stay here again but am grateful that the staff did all they could to turn around the problems and eventually make it an enjoyable stay. All the staff here were without exception, very polite, After the problems in the room - we were on first name terms with the repair man! I think the staff here do a great job, It's shame they are just trouble shooting problems.
Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was average, but otherwise a really great experience.
