If you are in Hua Hin, this is not an option. Unless you want to stay at an unfinished place with amateurish service. This "hotel", which is actually a guesthouse, is still under construction.

Customer service was excellent.

I have very mixed feelings towards this hotel. First, the hotel is not really a hotel, but more like a bed and breafast. The hotel has a decent location within close proximity to the fascinating fishing pier, and the evening street market.
The hotel is good for a couple looking for a quiet weekend getaway, however be prepared for a few things... First, there is no elevator. So, if you stay on a top floor you will have to walk a lot of steps everytime you leave the building... Doing so, during the heat of the summer can be very exhausting. Second, the doors to the Penthouse Suite did not lock. To clarify, The Penthouse Suite has two sliding doors that lock to one another. However, once locked the doors can be slid down the track in either direction leaving a huge open whole where someone could easily walk in and steal your belongings. (I did inform the staff of this problem.) Obviously, this needs immediate correction, and I would advise that no one book the Penthouse Suite until this problem is corrected. To further aggrevate this problem there are no safes within the rooms. I found this unusual as a safes are very commonplace and expected throughout Thailand. The hotel does have a safe in its main office where you are free to store things, but this is not a practical solution. You will always have some belongings that will need to be locked up at random. (such as electronics, an extra credit card, cash... etc.)
Also, their tour booking service (advertised on their website) is almost non-existent. The owner of the hotel insisted that I hire a private driver vs. taking a tour through a tour company. This was a disappointing decision on my part to agree with her, but I want to note the hotel was unable to deliver advertised services.
Also, I would advise not excepting any kinds of rides (via car or motorbike) with a member of the staff (even if it is just for a short distance) as the owner will later try to bill you for this. Unfortunately, this type of bait and switch is commonplace throughout a lot of Thailand, and this hotel is no exception.
