One international restaurant, one lobby lounge, three meeting & function room. Two hours drive from Bangkok and is served by regular bus, mini bus and coach. You can also reach Cha Am by Train.

Friendly enough staff, but not always sure what to do. Our 'Superior' room was basic and only basically cleaned. Shelves had months of dust on them! Food was overpriced in relation to most places in the area, breakfast was all we had and was a bit repetitive and only saw bacon once! The pool on the 6th floor was nice but under-maintained with broken tiles. There was no lobby bar which would have been nice, only the downstairs pool bar exclusive only for deluxe high priced rooms. On checkout they told us all extra charges were to our booking agent and are now trying to have me send them credit card details by email!!! all very un-professional.
Very good location and facilities. I like kid's club very much but Children swimming pool is out of service.
Cha am is a really quiet village.
