Very quite hotel - good for relax for 1 week. Pool is very nice and staff very friendly. Rooms are a little bit old. In general the hotel is very nice. Shuttlebus to Hua-Hin should be for free.
i prefer swimming pool so much so closed to my room.
Dusit Thani Hotel Chains are well known in Thailand for their quality and great service. I have had conventions previously at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok, but had not previously been to Dusit Hua Hin.
I would say that the Dusit Thani Hua Hin lived up to its reputation and we had a really great experience. The level of service was outstanding and one of the high points of this hotel has to be the Pool.
They have a large Olympic size pool for the adults and a separate Kiddy Pool. The Kiddy Pool was also very large and a big hit with our 2 little ones (3 yr 9 mo & 1 yr 9 mo). Even our youngest could stand up in the pool.
They also had a play area on the Beach for the kids with tables, chairs and various little toys for playing in the sand. They also had beach umbrellas set up in the kids area, so you don't have to worry about the little ones getting burned to crisp while they are playing.
