The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful you feel as if you're staying at home. With 70 rooms, it's large enough to have a great pool and a restaurant open from 06:00 - 21:00 but not so large as to feel impersonal. Our only negative comment is in regard to the superior rooms in bldg. 2 in which you enter thru the bathroom. We reloacted to a suite in bldg. 1 with a more traditional layout and were well-pleased with the change.
The hotel overall is in a good condition and the staff is very helpful. but we had many issues such as the bathroom and the wash basin were both flooding, the swimming pool is not clean as the water is not clear and has a bad taste and smell. There is no direct access to the beach during high tide. the hotel is far away from both chaam city center and hua hin city center, some people may like this and some may not.
