Bann Pantai is a unique Boutique Resort for a picturesque stay that will call you back again and again.
The resort is set amongst beautiful tropical garden and facing Cha-am beach appoints with 7 villa suits and 24 luxury rooms. Most rooms are unique and stylish which have more bathroom space and private balcony.

Swimming Pool - Large free form swimming pool is in the center of Bann Pantai Resort facing Cha-am beach with the sun lounges on wooden deck under the shade of Coconut and Palm tree.
Open form : 7:00 am. to 8:00 pm.
Internet - Wifi Internet service is set up in any location throughout the resort. Wifi cards are available at the front office 24 hours.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the hotel. Rooms, swimming pool, breakfast were all excellent. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. We also liked Cha-am very much, only very busy on the weekends when the Thai from Bangkok come over. We only had a waterleek in our room after 3 nights, so we stayed 1 more night in the room and were than upgraded to a villa for the last night. Good solution, villa is nicer than the rooms.
Dirty beach and water, at high tide extreme small beach, at the beach totally noisy
A nice hotel, well landscaped with a lovely pool area. However this hotel does not have any effective management in place to manage customer problems or customer service. The general manager is in Bangkok and no-one at the hotel will make any decisions without speaking to him/her first. They then make decisions purely based on money and not on giving good customer service as he/she is not the person who has to deal with the customers. The customer service at the hotel reception and at the restaurant is not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel marketing itself at the prices charged. If you book this hotel make sure you reconfirm the dates and room type with them directly before arriving.
