Excellent location with the Central department store occupying the first five floors with the hotel starting on floor #6. Beautiful loby and two restaurants with excellent value buffet dinners on offer. Everything in the room worked. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and reflected a high standard fitout. Close to major shopping and other restaurants. We have previously used another hotel in HatYai and were pleasantly surprised that for only a few $$$ more, we could stay at the Centra which in our view is far superior in all respects.

Centara Hotel Had Yai is a very pleasant hotel situated in the centre of the towh and is located above the Central Department Store which has 5 floors of various goods including a small well stocked supermarket.
Very close there are many local eating houses and goods for sale in market stalls all very interesting.
We arrived by car and the hotel has a basement car park connected by elevator to hotel.

I don't really know how to express my feeling during my stayed, but it was totally damaging my mood during the stayed.
We booked 2 night "Deluxe room with Breakfast" with AsiaWEB direct.com.

We arrived at hotel and check-in at 2.45pm but the hotel was not able to find our booking and let us wait for 20mins and still can’t find our booking.

After that the hotel told us “I have found a room for you” (Sound lime we own them??
They told us that the room can only be ready in 1 hour, I was ok with the arrangement and we went for drink.
When we retuned to the hotel at 4pm, the receptionist told us the room was not ready without checking with her staff.
We asked the receptionist to check first. She called and checked and she told us the room is ready now..... I was surprised with her unprofessional service and not even apologies.

The next morning when we arrived at the hotel breakfast we were not able to enter for the breakfast as the lady at restaurant told us our booking was not including breakfast.
This really makes me very disappointed. (First the check in, now the breakfast issues)
We told the lady we booked with the breakfast and politely asked her to check with the reception.
She told us directly "you can go to check with the receptionist".
I showed her my E-booking but she ignored me and started telling me the breakfast pricing.
I raised my voice and told her to check with the receptionist instead. She felt uneasy and she walked to find out from the receptionist. She came back with the same answer, “your booking was not including breakfast”

At the end, we went to the reception to check with the receptionist. She took out our booking voucher and told us “yes, your breakfast is included”. We told the receptionist to go with us to the restaurant and explained to the lady there.

Finally, we can enter the restaurant for our breakfast but we have got no mood to eat anymore.

Did AsiaWeb Direct.com really communicate with the hotel? Why this happen if they do? This is my second time having this problem booking with AsiaWeb direct.
