Hotel looks great, very new & modern, staff very helpful & willing but need more training since its a new hotel, not helped by the arrival of the Royal Princess on the day I was there causing organised chaos. Wifi only available in lobby which is out of step with modern hotels, and did not work very well, most of my internet was courtesy of an unsecured TOT signal!!

In my booking with Asia Web Direct, I paid for extra bed price, but in facet when I stayed in the hotel, the extra bed was not provided to me and I have asked the hotel to do for me, but it was not serviced and when I came back from shopping I did not have an extra bed.

Great Hotel and good location. A bit expensive, but online deals available. I got a great 2 nights deal - and had an enjoyable stay!
