Excellent service all round - the staff were genuinely warm, caring and took very good care of us. A surprise birthday gift was literally the icing on the cake. The Club rooms were perfectly appinted. I look forward to returning.
Have stayed at Chedi twice now and each occasion was fabulous. Am now spoiled when go to other hotels!!! Room just gorgeous especially club rooms and all that goes with it. Found spa to be best yet also. All Chedi staff terrific and beautifully trained. Position for town couldn't be better, markets two minutes walk away, wow. Almost certainly going again. Being right on river with fab view from our room through wall to wall window just great.
Fantastic staff, from concierge, to reception, housekeeping. Amazing service throughout the entire hotel. Only a point to improve : the food. Chef is relaxing on his past experience !
