This was my second stay at this hotel in the past 10 months. The service and quality of the staff have definitely deteriorated. The staff doesn't understand English very well and the typical Thai problem of linear thinking doesn't help either. For example, there are a couple of Internet PCs and a printer in a small coffee shop in the lobby area. I needed to print something quickly and when I asked for some paper for the printer, the cafe worker went to get a member from the front desk to help me. When the front-desk attendent arrived I asked her for paper to print and what the charge would be per sheet. She informed me that if I needed to print something I had to go to the 15th floor Business Center. I informed her I just need paper for this printer and she responded "you have to go to the 15th floor to print". Made me wonder why a printer was installed on these PCs if you can only print on the 15th floor. Garden restaurant staff are not very good either. You have to ask for something multiple times before they bring it.
Good location,but hotel rooms pretty run down esp the bathrooms.Our bathroom toilet seats are badly stained. Breakfast good spread.
