After my special request was not honoured and seeing the standard room with the 2 separate beds instead of a king, I requested an upgrade to a suite. The suite is the perfect size for a couple. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms on the opposite end of the lobby reception are much quieter due to the close proximity to night bazaar!

Staff is very helpful. They helped me book the day tour with clear explanation on details, took initiative to help me cut the fruit bought from the market and re-pack the stuff I bought into a prefect and handy carton box. Staff is very friendly, energetic and makes me feel like VIP.
Hotel facility is basically good. However, there is some inproper design on the bathroom inside the room. The wall is made by glass but there is no curtain to cover the glass wall in all twins room. Surprisingly double bed room has that cover. As everyone can expect, double bed room is for couple who probably won't mind to see each other when having shower. Twins room is for non-couple. It is very embarrassed to see the shadow of the bathing person even though both myself and my roomate are female!
