The receptionists,and the tour stand ladies are very helpful.The hotel itself needs a big renovation:talking of which;thee was a constrcution going on and maybe they are renovating the hotel but with the present time condition with grey and really old towles sad shabby furnitures and really old wall to wall carpets the rooms are not very impressive.
great hotel near Anusan Night Market, easy to catch a song thiaw or taxi. the hotel is okay but a bit old so all the room got some small problem.
the aircondiion is not working when we first arrive. The toilet seat is terrible and the sink is leeking. but people are very nice and helpful
