Hotel is pretty small, about 40 rooms, which makes it cosy and comfortable. Rooms are nice decorated and big ones but sounds from the outside (other rooms, pool area and animals) at night are many times terrible. After first night hotel provided us new room but suddenly it has already problems with toilet and something else. Last choice would have been to climb to the 2nd or 3rd floor for there are no lift available. Hotel staff has lack of language skills and
their service mind is horrible. They really don't know whats going on and communication doesn't work among them. One says other and one different. Even if they announce to accept major credit cards, reality is only few, so be aware if you are holding only one or two cards.
Wouldn't say that the hotel is four star and boutique one, so with same money there are other better options available.

Great location (especially for the Sunday Walking Street Market - right at the front door) and fantastic staff. Overall a fantastic stay and will be back for sure.
