Good location, and value for money. Ok rooms, but not superhigh standard. Location is exellent, and the staff is very friendly. The area around the hotel is quiet and not too noisy. Easy to get tuk-tuk or taxi, and short way to big shopping-centre. Good shoppingarea, and a lot of good cafes and restaurants just a short way from the hotel.

Very Very noisy hotel, due to the design of the building, every closed door, every footstep is echoed and amplified into each room. The road is noisy and the hotel is in the flight path of Chiang Mai airport. Although the site stated tea making facilities there were none, when I asked the staff they were not interested. There are NO facilities at the hotel, no bar no cafe, not even a vending machine. The hotel is advertised as the chill-out venue of the north, it is directly the opposite. Both our friends who stayed there at the same time as us and ourselves would not recommend this hotel.

Good value for the requested money. A bit far from the center, but quiet place with very nice and helpful staff. I recommend this place to anyone who don't want to stay in the busy center of the city.
