This was one of the best hotels i have stayed in Asia....service with a smile...huge room and bathroom.......good mix of traditional feel and modern amenities......location great.....sevice fantastic.....room like a palace.....nothing to really pick except breakfast quality could be better.....would definately stay here on my next visit to chiangmai
This was my most favorite hotel that we stayed in during our 3 week trip in Thailand and Cambodia! I LOVE Sirilanna and wished we had booked our entire 4 day stay there instead of splitting the time with Sirilanna and another hotel. They give their customers VIP service and you feel like royalty waited on your every need. Sofie the Concierge was so incredibly helpful arranging an Elephant Mahout Training for us when we had tried 5 places on our own which were all booked full! Without Sofie we would have missed the once in a lifetime opportunity! I will stay at Sirilanna anytime I find myself in Chiang Mai!
I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was supurb, very clean and very well maintained. All the staff were very friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was a problem to them. Ideal location.
