neither satellite TV or in-room wireless internet worked. THE MATS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR WERE VERY OLD AND LOOKED DIRTY. The staff were friendly. The telephone system was in Thai so we could not contact lobby from room. The breakfast was good.
