Situated in a large complex which includes a shopping plaza, The Lotus Hotel has two wings: the Doi Suthep Wing with13 floors and an atrium style open lobby, and the Huay Kaew Wing which is situated above the parking area with its own reception and lobby on the 4th floor. Both wings are linked on several floors. The hotel has all full amenities. Panorama glass lifts give the hotel a stylish ambiance. Situated in between Chiang Mai International Airport and the main shopping area

On the first night we booked into a room that felt like it was in an abandoned, run-down urban ghetto, which was only around 24 USD a night. We immediately asked for a better room which we got for around 50 USD a night which we found was not great value for money. At the end of our stay, we asked to add on an extra two nights which would have been 70 USD. We decided this was far too much to pay for an inferior service.

Lotus Hotel is the worst hotels which l we were able to make during our journey in Thailande. For memoire we are alles has Bangkok has Chian Rai has Kata beach in far more welcoming hotels. Hotel lotus is obsolete, old, dirty carpet of 40 years d age, reparee with of vulgar adhesive tape). L welcome(reception) of the staff is limit(borderline) offensive. L acces is made with difficulty by a shopping mall without indication. Photos on your site correspond not at all at the level of the recue service(performance). For the serieux of your site we recommend you to remove this hotel for the prospective customers. Fortunately that the breakfast catches up legerement the level of service(performance)...
