The rooms wh. ok + common areas. The negative was the staff English; very poor and therefore not particular service minded. Corridors and stairs where dirty/dust filled. There where also huge trash cans filled with either laundry or trash littering. I also reacted in the way the charged you for wifi Internet. 1B/min up to 1hour and after that 100B/24h, this where free wifi comes for free on most restaurants and hotel today.
staff almost non-existent, place doesn't quite match pictures, gardens were run down
The hotel is really nice and clean, key staff staff however (Reception) are extreemly unfriendly and unhelpful, apart from the doorman who should have been manager as he was the only one who could speak good English and had an understanding of what customer service should be. Having to pay for internet Wi Fi is a big negative for a hotel like this. But having said this if you ignore the staff, the hotel is very nice with an excellent breakfast service.
