Its a great hotel in a good location, not too far from the downtown, but not to close either. Those places are very crowded at night. My only complaint with the hotel is that the breakfast compared to other places i've stayed in Chiangmai is not good. After the first two days of eating there i stopped because i know there are some great breakfasts around that I could enjoy instead of having a terrible breakfast. They definitely need to step up their game on breakfast. Other than that they have great helpful staff, the location is right next to a mall where you can get ALL the things you need. Its far enough from the crazy parts of chiang mai where you can have a relaxed night if you need to take a rest.
