Good hotel and excellent New Years eve function, the best I have ever had.
There were some confusion regarding reservation but because of some changes. So that was ok. But then about a month after my stay, I received an email telling me that they forgot to charge my bill both for room and for breakfast. And on the very same day they sent the notice, they charged my account without further clarification. I wrote back and told them that I had already paid for breakfast. They wanted proof because they could not locate it in the system. I had to go try to find everything and tell them about the problem. All these time I thought my account have not been charged because not every thing is resolved at this point. But to my surprise, the total amount has already been charged even when things have not been clarified. This is very up setting.
The location was great as it is walking distence from the night market.
