Good hotel for the price, good location but, as other reviews have said, forget the shuttle service at least for pick up.
I will never use this hotel again because of my previous experience with them over charging. They charged me an extra 500 baht because they said that my reservation was for 1 person and there was actually 2, my wife and I. On the reservation form it said that no extra charges for up to two persons but over 2 persons there may be extra charges.
