Plai Garden Boutique Guesthouse Suvarnabhumi Airport

Except for failing to pick me up from airport. Everthing else was good. the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel room was in good condition. Over all was good and great value. I cant really comment on many things because when i arrive it was late and when i woke up it was pretty much time to go to airport.

I would NEVER stay here again. The place is dirty, and there are beds from wall to wall. There is a wardrobe for clothes but the bed is so close that you can barely open the door. There is a balcony but another bed is pushed up against it. The beds are right next to each other so its hard to get out of bed! The daytime front desk man is SOOOOOO unfriendly, didn't even make eye contact- acted as if we were bothering him from checking his facebook page or something. The maids did not knock and just walked in as I was in the room not fully clothed. Then they just stood there staring at me and after I shouted NO at them several times they finally closed the door. The lobby and restaurant are not even air conditioned so there is no point to spend time in them. You cannot order from the restaurant and put it on your bill, you have to order, then go pay somewhere else, and then go and get your food. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the bellboy! for real! And I never fill these things out but this place was seriously bad! I wouldn't have been as upset if I didn't feel deceived from what the website showed.

Great if you require a hotel near the airport. Free transfer service to and from the airport.
