forced to get second room after making reservation explaining our kids were with us but not for the night. their room was horrible, total waste of money. desk staff not helpful, no manager available and there we were at the end of a long trip, 6 people with luggage being hassled then spending money on nothing basically. the only redeeming factor was the airport transportation which was excellent.
