Hotel staff could hardly speak and understand basic English. They did not know the environment and were unable to give any practical advise on restaurants in the area.
An airport shuttle did only exist on the website. nothing was available in real. The website also suggested relavtive proximity to the airport, when in fact the airport was more than 12km driving away.
We asked the reception to book a taxi for thge airport transfer. They forgot. we had to find a taxi ourselves.
B/f was served by a very unfriendly lady. Infact the only person we met in thailand who was unwilling and unfriendly. The b/f coffee was a bitter and cold instant coffee. we ordered a fresh coffee, which was charged extra and where served. It was a lukewarm and thin coffee. when we checked out, there was no staff to move the suitcases. Also no lift available, so we had to carry our cases ourselves.
This service was quite in a contrast to the well designed interior and furnishing. We think the management should engage professional staff to match.

absolutely awful!!! the walls are paper thin and i did not get one minute of sleep!!! the hotel is located in a very awful part of town the taxi driver could not find it!!! scared the shit out of me... really very sad as the facility looks nice
What was great is the overall experience of the hotel, loverly atmosphere, room was great, the massage service was excellent, the staff were polite.
What could be better.
I arrived late evening and booked the hotel for a relaxing stop over, I could not get a 2 hour or more service because they close at 11pm. The website says you have airport transfer but the front desk girl politely says "Can not do" rather than actually making it happen! Also it would be nice to have the air conditioning in the dining room working rather than having to sweat your way through breakfast. Again when I asked for the fan to be switched on the polite staff say "Can not do" rather than actually making it happen!
