Good value for money! Nice little hotel, close to BTS Asok. Spacious rooms. Nice staff.

Positives
Had booked a Platinum Suite. The man at the reception upgraded us to the Master Suite as the Platinum was booked out, which was excellent.

Negatives
Breakfast was very cold & bad, nothing actually, no variety. The staff were non-co-operative when we asked them why the buffet was cold. Timings for the breakfast are from 9.00am - 10.30am. We went there at 9am & were shocked to see that there was no eggs & bacon. As it is the breakfast consists of only eggs,sausages,fried rice,scrambled eggs, all of which are cold as ice. When we asked them to get some bacon & eggs, they said it was over & refused bluntly. Spoke to 3 or 4 of the staff, who all said the same

The hotel charged me 10Baht for a print -out of my return ticket - a single page. This is ridiculous, & bad customer service especially after you pay around 8200Baht for the 4 nights that we spent there.
