Star inn Hotel

the staff were very friendly and very helpful.i will defiantly stay here again

After booking the hotel I went through the reviews on other websites only thing I could find was negative feedback from other travellers. I wished to cancel it but then thought I might as well give it a try. But to my surprise it was a good exp. staying at Star Inn. luckily I got a room with a window which is generally not there with all the rooms. Hotel is at an excellent location near to Nanas station. And room in particular was clean and specially staff welcomed me nicely and were very kind. Can't ask more from Budget hotel. Thanks !

Star inn didnt received my reservation that i made online due to my arrive time..so that they could not give me my room straight away..i had to wait 4 hours untill some one checked out at 12 pm....so i would suggest to update the reservation system so that guests dosent have to wait for room to be empted
