Sawasdee Hotel Sukhumvit Soi8

There was no water on 23 Mar 2013 due to water pump was run out of service. The information never been kept I have to called a Receptionist many times to check if water is come. Finally, after half day I asked them to provided me some water at my room and no any excuse or apologize from the staff who provided me the water. I gone out without taken a shower and hung out with friend all day and around 20.00 Hrs. I called to check if water comes already but they informed still not come and they tried to fixed the broken water pump and I called again at 22.00 Hrs. they informed that water comes. This is the way this hotel handle with the major problem.

My first night was dreadful the room given was on ground level near a pump and it was noisy after talking to staff they gave us a lovely room on the 6th floor much better it was what we had asked for was annoyed that we had been given this bad room and had a sleepless night.

Small rooms but the hotel is OK if you just want to sleep.
The breakfast could be better.
