S33 Compact Sukhumvit Hotel

Room is clean but service is bad receptionist not helpful. Location not good for lady and family. Not happening places. The hotel is still under construction which is very noisy of drilling sound.water heater not working well sometime hot sometime cold. Breakfast everyday same dishes.

Clean modern rooms good value substantial breakfast and near BTS and malls

S33 is the kind of place you want to stay if you want to be left alone. Service is not part of the concept. That said there are 2 or 3 friendly employees who are willing to help and chat with guests. The front-desk team needs to be trained in accordance with proper customer service standards. The breakfast is below par with limited choice and the room was smelly. No problem at all, there is plenty of choice outside from Thai food cart or local and international coffee shops. Last, the hotel is undergoing some massive renovation works.
