Overall it was a pleasant stay at RE. I complained about the noise from a far off discotheque and the staff came to check on this even though it was 4.00 in the morning...effort I personally appreciated. Location was a bit off for me...especially after shopping. The buggy numbers need to be increased as at times just too many guest wants a drop off. Also kindly increase the number of computers for the internet use and kindly re-locate them to a more private area as some of us work on p&c matters. Personally wouldn't suggest the hotel staff to arrange for any transportation as they would pre-arrange a rate with the taxi drivers who would then refuse to use the meter. If you want to party this is THE place, for shopping I would not suggest for big family's even though the BTS is a mere 5 minutes walk...still pretty tiring at the end of day...other wise centrally located. Hotels staffs are fine towards guests...and their request. Nice supermarkets and cafes around within walking distance...Plenty international restaurants Italian, Indian, Chinese, Arabic etc...
Hotel was great. It was tastefully designed and rooms were clean. Service was also very good. However, during the checking out process, there was a slight confusion on the bill as the check out counter didnt recognize my initial payment made during my booking. Nonetheles, everything was sorted out in the end. It was a good stay overall.
