The Manager Philip was very professional and made us feel welcome, I will most definetly stay here again, it's clean and central to shops bars and restraunt

The internet... didn't work two days. Then a new person came to fix, but it still didn't work next two days. I wouldn't stay here for long term as I need the internet to survive when travelling - emails, communication programmes - vital for me. Also, the airconditioning was very noisy, and even on 20 degrees was still about 25.

The Hotel is good and also room and facilities. However, look up for the lack of communication with the management by the phone in the room. It doesn't work and we had to call from my hand phone to get service. We were promised a mattress for our little son free of charge, but we had to remind them three times before we got one. Two times verbal and one time via my hand phone calling to the hotel. We got it in the final end! One very good thing is that Omni Tower Syncate uses next hotel Ibis for breakfast which is very good instad of the "in Omni Towr Hotel " Baresso" breakfast is very poor and not allowing our 4 yrs son so eat except for paying Bt 180. ( Only two breakfast coupons). In Ibis no problem for our son to eat free of charge and the buffet breakfast in Ibis is very good. Overall I would say I prefer to stay at the Omni Tower Hotel if we stay more than one night.
I forgot, if you go to the pool, bring your own towel! There is no service at the poolside.
