Oakwood Apartment Trilliant Sukhumvit 18

Well appointed Suite with excellent reading bed lights, desk light & easy reliable wi-fi. Room security door access 'always' worked. Ear plugs reduced street/restaurant noise & generally quiet by midnight. DreamMaker? mattress made with ply-wood insert top and bottom; unbelievably hard. Complained after 2 nights & received immediate pillow-top overlay but still very hard. Disappeared into impossibly soft pillows providing no support. We did not sleep soundly for 2 wks. Restaurant provides good meal choices. Friendly, helpful, hospitable reception staff with OK English. Short walk to convenience store for bottled water & main shopping, sky train, & dental clinic (main purpose).

Quite and great location, good personal touch.

Nice new hotel and very friendly/helpful staff. Usually stay at this hotel when visiting Bangkok. Pool was closed for maintenance a couple of days, this was a bit annoying since I and my friend like to chill there during the day...
