Very good value, great and friendly service.

The facilities and service at this hotel where first class. Staff where excellent, helpful and friendly. The "At your service" worked very well and I commend the hotel for this service.

The room was very spacious, nice, great big soft bed and great facilities. Some small constructive feedback though - the aircon was much colder than the thermostat said and the TV is too far away from the bed.

The gym was excellent and the pool great too, but too many kids playing in the pool. Oh well you can't win them all. On my first night there where menus in the pool deck area and then they disappeared. I think it would be good to have a light menu available.

My only disappointment was the room service menu was exetremely limited. Whilst the food was very nice I would like much more local dishes to chose from. People from around the world love Thai food from all over Thailand and it was a shame to have only a couple of stock standard Thai dishes. The Cafe facilities where nice but again underutilised I believe because the menu does not excite (what is available is well done though). Love the open kitchen in the main dining room.

Over I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to my friends, family and colleuges.
