Hope Land Executive Residence Sukhumvit 46 - 1

Excellent hotel and staff. We received a free upgrade on arrival, to a room with a kitchen, which was lovely. Great price with all necessary room facilities: tv, free wifi, fridge, kettle, air conditioning, room safe, ensuite and toiletries. Clean hotel and rooms, daily housekeeping. Buffet breakfast was included with a decent variety of food. Nice pool on 3rd floor. Great location, BTS train station only a 2 minute walk from hotel. Plenty of food marts very close by. Definitely recommend staying here!

This is the best hotel that i have stayed during my trip.
The breakfast food have quite a number of choices although not much.
There is no charges for additional people in the deluxe room.
Overall i would visit this hotel again if I go bangkok again.

Everything is good, except when u request for 1 hour extra late check out, they will tell u that u need to pay extra for that 1 hour. I feel like it is not accommodate enough as i've been staying at the place for total of 7 nights.
