HEAVEN at 4 HOTEL BANGKOK

The hotel was overbooked and I was put in a ratroom without window and with most lightbulbs not working. It took 7 hours to get someone to change the light bulbs as the staff was not competent even to change a bulb.

The door card keys didn't work. I had to run back and forth between the reception and my room to have the staff open the door for me every single time I went back to my room which was very annoying to say the least. When I asked why this was the staff said it was because the hotel has not updated the service contract with the company that provided the lock service. As you can imagine, this was a real turn-off so I would think twice about staying there again.

Night one, accompanied by a lady friend, no problems. Night two, same hotel staff, same lady friend REFUSED ENTRY. Completely arbitrary, biased and ultimately insulting behaviour. Slept in Hotel Reception as protest. Telephoned AsiaWeb next morning. They did NOTHING.
