Room internet connection was poor. I paid full amount for internet even though I couldn't use internet.
This hotel is best for its location but not much else. The staff were relatively efficient but not friendly. Everything was businesslike, so they will charge you for every single service you can possibly ask for. The staff even wanted to charge me for the internet access I did not get! The room was very small and made you feel cheated for the price you paid. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but there was nothing particularly impressive about this hotel. Housekeeping was very inconsiderate when they started ringing my next door neighbours' doorbells at 8am on Sunday! Stay elsewhere for a better value for your money unless you absolutely have to be in this area of Bkk.
