Staff is helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the BTS station on Sukhumvit is a major "plus". One comment -- the "make up room" and "do not disturb" signs are almost identical -- the "do not disturb" sign should have a red sticker or the "make up room" sign" should have a green sticker. The Thai staff mistook the "make up room" sign for the opposite, which would be an easy mistake for non-English readers. They looked about identical to me!

well in my review i liked this hotel alot, the facilities on this hotel is great, the service of the hotel is really good, and the food i would say good and fair, but who care since you are out for shoping eating out side, so the food of the hotel wasnt my concern at all, wht i like about this hotel that u dont need to use the taxi at all beacuse when u get out of the hotel their is aprivate tuk tuk which will drop you at the end of the street and their is train station and it will take you to any place you want, i am saying it because i have tried it and beleive me it dose not cause that much . so if i am planing to come back at this beautiful country i would love to stay at this hotel as many as i can in the future .

Check-in and out was swift without any difficulty.
Complimentary tuk-tuk service to the main street was useful given the location of the hotel which was a good 15-20 min walk from Nana BTS station.
Staff were generally polite and helpful.
