Really could not fault the room and facilities. The staff were all friendly and helpful and understood our English. Breakfast good with freshly cooked eggs. Evening menu not Thai but food nice. Brilliant restaurant for Thai/pizza 5 minute walk, turn left out of hotel, left again, cross at cross roads and it is on left, madame Saranair. Best Thai food we had anywhere. Shops nearby if want to eat in room. Free transport to MRT/Skytrain or 7 min walk. Gym and pool good. Laundry worked or can get it done nearby. We booked to stay again and would recommend it.
Citadines 23 is excellent location, reasonably large studio rooms with work area and possibility to cook and dine, at budget price. Only small remark this time is that bed linen were a bit old / with some repair, otherwise everything perfect.
The hotel is very good really and the room is excellent. I have a couple of observations: (1) when I arrived with my wife the desk only gave us one card to enter the room. So if one was to leave, the other had to go also. They should routinely give two cards for twdo people. (2) the exercise room has no clock. The mat floor is excellent for preventing slides but there is no place to do stretches.
