Arrived at hotel at 12.30am only to discover that both of rooms where double booked. Found the staff completely incompetent and not very concerned with our situation. They finally managed to source rooms for us in the hotel, which only became available at 3am. Other than that it is a fine hotel, rooms are of a high standard and it is in a great location.

Sheets were dirty on the bed. Location is far from the station and Tuk Tuk service was poor. Our flight was delayed and despite me ringing and giving the hotel notice I was charged.
Breakfast was cold and the shower barely let any water out. Not value for money

Very professional staff, English spoken. Clean facility, good sized rooms with cool A/C. Excellent breakfast buffet. When we checked out prior to the buffet opening they a breakfast for us to take.
