Unfortunately, despite very friendly staff, not up to standard, typical in Thailand. Without sharp management any hotel just slowly goes downhill in this country. The smell in the rooms was horrific, due to NO SIPHONS in drain-pipes. So easy to resolve with a simple elbow ion the pipe. But hardly ever done in Thailand
Poor service at the rooftop bar,had to walk down to order and wait for ages for drinks
very nice stylish hotel and great rooms. Very friendly service and good breakfast. We felt very welcome.
Unfortunatly there were no real windows in our rooms ( only at the bottom a small one) so you can't look out or let fresh air in.
