A very comfortable hotel in a great location close to Bangkoks best shopping and entertainment areas. Prom Pong BTS Skytrain is just minutes away giving easy access to all the main business and tourist areas within the city. The Novotel has spacious rooms, great views over the city and excellent personalised service.

Good service and it is worth the price.
Everyone in the hotel have smiling eyes and very friendly. It is very good to find people speaking english and understanding you. Very near to main street, shopping centers and metro stations.
The Hotel is a little tired but the people are good, friendly and it is good value for money and well located.
