polite staff. fast and efficient in moving us to a sister hotel when our rooms are not available.
I would never recommend this hotel for anyone planning to stay in Bangkok. We were overbooked by the hotel who had effectively given our room away before we had a chance to check in and then treid to cover this up with a different version of the truth until I asked more questions. We had booked a 2 bed apartment and they tried to relocate us to another sister hotel in another part of Bangkok into 2 rooms. The hotel itself was further along Asoke than i expected and down a very difficult to find lane and the name is misleading as similar to another mucher better REsidence in this area. Book with extreme care! an experience I will never repeat.
