The rooms were very dirty when I checked in. Still hairs everywhere in the bathroom and on the floors.

This hotel, though at a convenient and good location, is very outdated. So much so that during our stay in one of the already renovated tower rooms, the entire heavy wooden beam that the curtains hung on completely fell on top of my clothes in my suitcase. Had I been standing anywhere near, I wouldn't be able to be writing this review right now but at the hospital suffering from a concussion. Making matters much more deplorable was the terrible service response. When we immediately called housekeeping, the representative simply looked on incredulously, and without apologizing, unceremoniously offered us a new room. The thousand year-old dust had dirtied 3 pairs of shorts when the wooden beam landed. While she did offer to launder them free of charge as should be expected, one of them sustained permanent grey circles from the perma-dust. Clearly they saw this, attempted to bleach them off, but only to make them more conspicuous with off-white halos. Waiting for us to complain instead of taking the initiative, we got a call from the cleaning service manager who denied bleaching the spots, saying that it wasn't his fault the damage couldn't come off the shorts. Hmm, let's see, why were they damaged in the first place?!!! We ended up demanding reparations for the ruined shorts in cash, denied. Reasonable partial refund of the hotel fees, denied. Ultimately, they only offered a one night stay coupon to be used within the next year. Thanks but no thanks.

I stayed there many times over the last years, but now: enough is enough. Hotel's only asset is the location, but they cater mainly to Indians and Middle Easterns, as you can clearly notice in the friendliness (or lack thereof) of the personell, the cleanliness (better say lack of it) of anything regarding the room, and overall condition.
There are better choices.
