- Service of Bellboys is not good that much. We asked him to help to get a taxi as the raining outside, but he cannot help , just easily denied.
- Less choices in Breakfast, no local Thai Food.
- Bathroom and toilet is always wet because of the water from Bathroom cannot drain.

The behaviour of staff was not acceptable at all. This goes totally in negative direction considering the brand name Novotel. The behaviour was unnecessary and unacceptable.

For the toilet, there's a slight problem about the water not going directly to the drainage because the water is blocked by the toilet bowl leaving the floor wet on one side opposite the drainage
